Buying your materials in bulk has cost advantages. However, shipping rolls of material to a slitting specialist to cut them up into usable sizes, then shipping again to a converter to make your components, can add time, expense, and vendor paperwork that quickly negate those cost advantages.

We can slit master rolls of flexible materials, film, laminates, non-wovens, and customer-supplied proprietary materials down to your required width and convert them to your specifications – all in-house, all in the USA. We work with many different non-metallic materials ranging from .005” film to .500” closed-cell foam.
Our state-of-the-art lathe slitter can cut logs into multi-width sections down to 2mm within tolerance of 0.1mm, depending on the material. We can provide slitting services for almost any roll of material, with or without adhesive backing, within the following dimensions:
- Up to 1650mm (65”) wide
- Up to 405mm (16”) in diameter
- 3” core
