Computer Numerically Controlled Equipment
ISP's computer numerically controlled (CNC) equipment allows us to offer outstanding custom die cutting capabilities to our customers. Several of our presses feature this advanced technology, which we use to program measuring and cutting functions via computer, thus eliminating human error and optimizing accuracy.

Digital Cutting Services
Our digital cutting machines employ a CNC program for creating very intricate parts with exceptional edge quality — no die required, no tooling charges involved. Digital die-less cutting works with most non-metallic materials and is suitable for multiple applications, from gaskets to insulation kits to prototypes. ISP is one of the few companies in New England to offer digital cutting services.

Integrated Job Shop Software
We use a fully computerized shop floor management system to oversee all aspects of our projects, from initial quote through final delivery to the customer. This technology helps us monitor quality throughout the production process, track project progress, meet deadlines and take other steps that enhance customer satisfaction.
