Custom engineered plastic components that can be machined and drilled to specification for a wide range of applications including insulators, standoffs, spacers, shims, and flow components are being introduced by Interstate Specialty Products, Inc. of Sutton, Massachusetts.

Interstate Machined Plastic Components can be manufactured to specification from a wide range of materials 0.0002" to 1.0" thick. Featuring holes from 0.010" to 0.5", with ±0.002" tolerance, and internal radii from 0.012", they can be fabricated from rubber and virtually all thermoplastics.

Capable of meeting or exceeding MIL-I-45208A quality specifications, Interstate Machined Plastic Components can be made from ABS, Acetal®, acrylic, Delrin®, HDPE, Kapton®, Lexan® PTFE, PVC, rubber, Torlon®, Ultem®, Vespel® and many other materials. The firm accepts .DXF, .HPL, and .EPS files.
